
Advanced Pipe Fitting
This course will prepare individuals entering the pipe industries with blueprint and isometric interpretation, hands-on instruction in tool use, and the knowledge base to use these skills in a variety of different work settings. This is a competency-based program. Students will progress at their own pace. Performance and completion certifications will be issued on completion of course.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Training the next generation of pipefitters that will be entering a much-needed industry. Our mission is to train individuals to a technical level ensuring future work placement and skill training.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will prepare individuals entering the pipe industries with blueprint and isometric interpretation, hands-on instruction in tool use, and the knowledge base to use these skills in a variety of different work settings.
This course is a competency-based program. Students will progress at their own pace. A minimum of 360 hours will be required with an attendance record of 90%. Performance and completion certifications will be issues on completion of course.
Each class day will be composed of two hours of classroom lecture and four hours of hands-on training in the shop.

Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Evenings (2nd Shift) - 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Lunch: 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Break: 7:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Graveyard (3rd Shift) - 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Lunch: 1:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
